Oasis Center for Integrated Wellbeing is delighted to present an exciting program designed to empower individuals to make wanted and do-able changes to jumpstart their year of living healthier. Have your New Year's resolutions fallen off? Got those extra pounds to shed? Our Oasis Dietitian/Nutritionist* will create a personalized health profile for each participant to help them prioritize individual daily lifestyle habits that need refreshing. Once everyone has selected their individual health goals, they will explore the behaviors and environmental and emotional cues that prevent them from having a healthier relationship with food, physical activity and stress. Four 90 minute classes will be purposefully interactive, joyful, practical and thoroughly relevant to participants’ interests and goals.
